Strength and Conditioning

This off-season program is designed for athletes who are looking to improve their Speed, Strength, Agility and overall athleticism.   The program will be run by an ex-professional baseball player /certified sports conditioning specialist, Chris Rowan.  He has been training some ofNew York’s top pro athletes and has also partnered with us last 2 years to train our players. Through training the mind and body to do what they were designed to do, one can eliminate the possibility of fatigue and frustration during competitive situations.

Throughout these speed, strength and condition sessions, we will be taking you through Speed, Quickness, and Agility drills that will help each individual athlete develop greater body control and awareness, thus increasing the athlete’s ability to compete at optimum performance.  As an athlete, you need to know and understand how to maintain the ability to “play within yourself “in order to assure that you will play at Maximum Peak Performance from the beginning to the end of every competition.

At the end of this program, each and every athlete will have a better understanding of the dedication and sacrifice necessary to get to the next level, as well as, increase their individual potential for success on the playing field. Our goal for this program is to help each and every athlete prepare to reach Maximum Peak Performance on any given day at any given time, as well as, prepare for the upcoming season.

In addition to the strength and conditioning program, Coach Sashi ofPPSwill provide “Flexibility” training based on his Yoga and martial Arts experiences.  This is one of the most ignored parts of the training programs within amateur athletes even though most of top pro athletes engage in some kind flexibility training and claim it as the most important conditioning program they engage.

We as instructors face a lot of issues of inflexibility while trying to install certain movements and skills into your body.  We believe that “Flexibility” is the most important conditioning training program

The programs are designed to help the players 12 and older.

Saturday Class-12PM

December 7th, 14th, 21st

February 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd

Fee

Once a week (either Wed or Sat) - $300  for 10 weeks

Twice a week  - $550 for 10 weeks

 

Flexibility Training Schedule

Monday-8PM

December 2nd, 9th

January 6th, 13th, 27th

February 10th, 17th, 24th

Fee

$80 for 8 weeks if taken along with Strength and Conditioning

$150  for 8 weeks if taken as a single program
